Question / Help Save videos without...audio?

Not sure how to title this one. I'll just quickly explain what I'm trying to do.
Trying to save stream, but still have music playing for Twitch. However, with the fair use and copyright policies I don't want the audio muted. So I suppose what I'm asking is: Is there a way I can stream to twitch and simultaneously save my video from OBS to my PC without the "music" (cause I'd like to edit and cut so I can export videos to YouTube without them getting muted.)

The proper way to do this is use multi-track audio for local recordings, and then remove the music track in post.
