Save settings when switching between encoders

Currently, if you switch between encoders (x264, nvenc), you will lose all of your settings. This is annoying as I switch encoders quite often and have to redo the settings every single time. I would greatly appreciate it if all of the settings were saved, including the custom options command line.

This is what profiles are for. Make a different profile for each encoder.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't really like profiles because I often change options and have to go back to the settings anyway, whereas if the options were already saved, I could just make the quick change and be done with it.
