same records - two size of files

i make same records my screen with same time and same tools\configuration in two different comp - first comp makes output file - 1 min 2 megabyte size and the second 1 min - 10 megabyte size. how can it be and how can i change the second comp to the the lower as the first comp?

For recording the file size depends on the bitrate necessary to encode the content, more activity on the screen = higher bitrate. It's normal for the sizes to differ. If you need an absolute limit on size over time, use CBR mode but note that will generally be wasteful and reduce quality.
