same camera two different scenes, camera delay in one.

I have an Elgato face cam pro in one scene (Main Camera) that has zero delays, another scene (Intro) references this scene and in that scene, the camera is delayed by ~1-2 seconds. I have wasted two days trying to figure this out, any thoughts would be appreciated.
