Question / Help Same audio in all audio tracks

I updated to the Windows 10 Creators update a few days ago and just yesterday noticed that it had reset all of my audio settings in OBS Studio (no idea why, but I also noticed that the update had reset a bunch of other stuff on my PC as well). I changed the settings to back what they were before the update in OBS and noticed that in the Mixer tab of OBS it's showing that everything is working correctly (in the pic below) but in the recording, all of the 3 audio tracks that I'm using have the exact same audio in them. Even though I've set them to record separate things (microphone, Discord/TS, etc. and game). For some reason in the recording the audio track that is set to 'muted' also has the same audio as the rest of them.

Has anybody had this issue in the past and have fixed it? Would like to see if there's a fix for this before I revert back to the previous update of Win 10.
I've tried reinstalling OBS (deleted everything about OBS from my PC), restarted my PC multiple times, tried changing to record different audio tracks (4, 5, 6 instead of 1, 2, 3), tried changing from .mp4 to .mkv and tried setting the recording device to my headset instead of speakers + headset combination.

Mixer in OBS Studio, you can see that the 'Desktop Audio 2' is muted completely and Desktop Audio and Mic/Aux is recording different audio:

Here's a picture of all of the 3 audio tracks in Audacity, they all have the exact same audio:

(Microphone = Mic/Aux in the Mixer
Game = Desktop Audio in the Mixer
Discord, TS, etc. = Desktop Audio 2 in the Mixer)
