Question / Help S.O.S urgent !! Facebook Live with streaming key between Mac and Windows

Hi I'm having trouble with video glitching, sharing the same streaming keys to 5 people to stream music on ONE facebook page. 4 have Mac 1 has a PC, everyone has the same video settings.
I have tested switching between us back and forward and the result are that it works between everyone that has a mac, when we switch to the person that has a Pc the video starts to Glitch (the audio is fine). BUT, when the PC STARTS THE STREAMING he is the only one that has the video working, and when he switches with the other 4 (mac) their video is glitchy.

Looked in to solution on the internet but couldn't find any help.

Did anyone ever encountered this problem ? Is it related to Mac and Windows codecs ? Really need to find a solution ASAP.

Since everyone is using OBS, a couple of questions. What versions of OBS are on the systems and what encoder is selected for the stream on each? Sounds like the 4 macs are using the same encoder and the pc is using a different one. All of the stream settings should match. Also is audio 44 or 48 kHz On each?

So here are our settings in the pictures below.
Version are.
Macs OBS version - 23.1.0 - 25.06 - 24.0.6
PC OBS version - 24.0.3
Audio is 44.1 kHz

Are all 4 systems using those same settings? Also, is automatically reconnect set the same in advanced settings?

Yep all having the same settings, we v sent those pictures to each other but still having this glitch.
I have also tried to to used the older version of Facebook live, but still problems is there.
The other difference is Internet connection, the PC is using phone hotspot, every other person a normal house wifi.
But still if that is the problem, why if he starts the video doesn't glitch, this doesn't make sense.

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

Also if you have 5 machines, 4 are Macs, 1 runs Windows, and the problem is on Windows, then this post belongs in the Windows support forum because the solution will pertain to OBS on Windows, not MacOS.
