Just a quick question i have a 2700x as a dedicated streaming pc and at 1080p60fps medium preset i get some encoding lag usually its about 0.2-0.3%. I don't understand how this works or why I get encoding lag when my cpu max usage peaks to around 65% and is usually around 40%.
On 1080p60fps fast I get some encoding lag to but less and at 900p60fps on medium I don't get any. Im just wondering how is it that i get encoding lag when the cpu is not even being maxed out at 1080p60fps medium?
