Hi my Ryzen is clocked at 3.9Ghz and I am not able to smoothly stream 720p 60fps. This issue also appears when I am not streaming and am in the preview window.
Here is the log file. This is for PUBG

I also lagged while streaming Battlefield 1 and 1080p 60fps as a test. pls help lol

Go get a better GPU card. Streaming BF1 at 1080@60fps with a GTX 770 can't be fast at all
.
Look at this:
http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/2665-gtx-770-in-2016-benchmark

Your GTX 770 is doing 37FPS versus a GTX 1060 that does double that.

There's no point in streaming at 60FPS when your card is doing 37.

Considering they were using 1080p Ultra Settings but yes the GTX 770 is not up for the task and runs ~60FPS with 1080p low-med Settings.

Run BF1 in low Settings with the rendering scale below 100% or simply think about upgrading your GPU in the near future

This makes no sense to me, my stream should till be outputing in 60fps even if the game is not. The stream keeps dipping even in locations where i get a solid 60fps.

Code:
20:35:39.662: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 6041 (27.0%)
Your GPU is struggling, probably because the game you're playing is pinning it. Lower your in-game graphics settings and cap the framerate to give OBS some room to work.
