Greetings, first time posting here....

I've had some issues with OBS studio and my streaming set up.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 (stock clocks)
RAM: g.skill 2x8gb 3000MHz
GPU: RX 580 8gb

Log file of local recording: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/6a427cb0cf67f998dc4fd3c5941e5f6c

The same encoding lag occurs while streaming and I only noticed after receiving comments from viewers about some random stuttering. The log provided was done for a local recording with only discord, OBS and the relevant game (warframe) running. Display capture source was hidden.

My problem is that, while OBS process priority is set to "normal", I get encoding frame skips. When I set it to "above normal", some of the games I record/stream cannot maintain 60fps, even after lowering ingame settings.

For reference, windows game DVR and all related settings are turned off, Vsync/framerate limiters are set to 60fps, using only windows defender installed on this PC.

Any advice on how to fix this? Am I overestimating the capabilities of this CPU? Should I just use AMF? Are these results considered normal?

Thank you in advance.
