Test with only a single capture source and post a logfile of a streaming/recording session. You have way too many capture sources for different games, monitor and windows in the same scene collection.

My obs is fine its only in game that i lose FPS and its only while streaming. With this chip i shouldnt be having any issues especially with the veryfast preset
