Question / Help RX 570 OBS HIGH GPU USAGE

Hi, been having a problem with Obs lately while trying to stream 1080@60, the thing is, obs is using all 80% of my Gpu without even having a gaming running at same time.

Edit: Streaming at 1080@30 does use the normal GPU rate. Even on 720@60 it doesnt overload the GPU.
