Question / Help Rx 570 encoding overload

I have been streaming warzone using my gpu (rx 570) with no issues at 720p 60fps with a 4000 bitrate with no issues. As of the past week I started getting the encoder overloaded message on obs. I’ve tried re downloading drivers and obs. But nothing seems to work. I’ve had to cap my gameplay to 70fps and change the settings to 720p 30fps 3500 bitrate to get it to stream. But quality is not near where it used to be. Just wondering if anyone had any insights? Wondering why all of a sudden I’m having issues. Upload internet speed is good. And I’m using the amd encoder. Working with an overclocked Ryzen 2200g with 16gb ram
