Hello,
i just build my new PC a few days ago featuring an i7-10700k, 16GB RAM and an RX5600 XT...
Unfortunately im not able to record anything or stream anything due to dropping frames because the encoder cant keep up.
Im using AMF H264, tried H265 but with same results.
I tried everything mentioned here, including reinstalling every affected driver, updating everything else, even a clean install of windows didnt solve the issue.
Even when i change everything to the fastest preset and just 1000kbit/s VBR it still skips nearly every frame.
The thing is, it just skips frames as soon as im in a game thats using the GPU, no matter how much.
Even in CSGO limited to 60Frames with a GPU load of about 20% it just cant keep up...
It actually happens in every other game too.
Windows 10 Gamemode on/off makes no different...
Can someone help me? i dont want to use Quicksync when i got such a GPU...
It looks like something is blocking OBS from working as soon as another program is using the GPU, no matter how much.
Here's the log
i found a line what may be a part of the problem
