RX 5600 XT bad quality stream

Hello, i have real problems to have a good quality stream with OBS Studio

i have a Ryzen 5 2600X and a Sapphire RX 5600 XT and 32 go ram

My connection is really good (1 ghz ) Fiber Optic

But when i stream, the qality is very low, in 1080p and bad in 720p

I have no solution, is it the graphic card, the processor ?

Anyone could help me please ? Thanks
 
You need to provide us with your settings etc
