Bug Report runs 30 fps when I've set my settings in OBS to 60

I just got a new pc and it works very well. When I record CS:GO videos, something strange happens - it only runs about 30 fps (a bit laggy, and not running fast)
I have set the settings as the exact same as on my old pc, and on the old pc, it worked perfectly. I have tried everything, even tried to change the settings in csgo. Now I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my pc, but not 100%.
If you know anything about this, please tell me. I'm very frustrated that it doesn't work like it did on my old pc, which was worse than the new one.

I'd expect the videos to be 30fps, as that's how you've configured OBS:

22:09:00.165: video settings reset:
22:09:00.165: base resolution: 1920x1080
22:09:00.165: output resolution: 1280x720
22:09:00.165: downscale filter: Bicubic
22:09:00.165: fps: 30/1

There don't appear to be any significant numbers of dropped frames in the log.

It's just weird, i keep putting 60 fps on, and even though it says 60 fps, when i start the recording. When i see the video after the recording, it is running 30.

I will reply tomorrow and put it on 60 fps again, and send you the new log file. Then i can show you what i mean :)

Not sure what its called, it's something with "film"

The icon looks like the thing you clap with in movies when you prepare a new take.

You got read errors on your C drive.

22:10:50.571: Failed to read log file C:\Users\marti\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio/logs/
22:11:15.972: Failed to read log file C:\Users\marti\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio/logs/
22:11:32.308: Failed to read log file C:\Users\marti\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio/logs/
22:11:40.427: Failed to read log file C:\Users\marti\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio/logs/

Maybe a disk problem? Full? Corrupted? Preventing OBS settings to be saved to the drive?

As was previously stated, your log shows you are set up for 30 FPS and not 60. If you go to Settings->Video, is the common FPS value 60 or 30?
