PC spec:

Intel core i5 4460
GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB
8GB DDR5
SSD 250GB
MOBO Gigabyte B85M-D3H

Whenever i run OBS (streaming, not streaming, recording, not recording, it really doesnt matter), my league of legends feels like it dropped from 100fps to around 40 and the weird thing is that FPS meter shows constant 144. As soon as i turn OBS off the game is smooth as it never was before. I've tried changing many settings but it wont help. FPS count is fine which is very weird, latency is fine, the game just feels like it drops to 40 FPS, thats really annoying.

I figured out that the problem occurs when in sources i capture the whole desktop, when im capturing only the game in window mode the stuttering doesnt exist, but the problem is that lol is changing it windows beetwen the games, so i would have to change it all the time. Maybe you have any solution guys?

Window capture the lobby application and game capture the actual match.
And don't use display capture AT ALL
