Question / Help Running OBS in compatibility mode as admin, still no video capture

I've forced both the game (Fallout 4) and OBS to run on the NVIDIA card on my laptop. I'm also running it as admin in compatibility mode, and it still won't capture video. The weirdest part is that the window for the game capture (double-click on the video source) shows the preview just fine, so I know it's detecting the input. I have no idea why it won't record the video though.

Lagged frames due to GPU overload.

This video would not have been watchable anyway. Suggest choosing between 720p60 or 1080p30 for recording Fallout 4 in a single PC configuration on a laptop.
