Running multiple outbound Twitchcast son One Mac OS running of OBS

I got a "government subsidized economy" fiber plan. 50 Mb/s in 50 Mb/s out

No one on my house uses major outbound bandwidth.

Assuming a 1280 x 720 x 30 fits under 10 Mb/s outbound, I have plenty of room for Simulcasts.

What I would do with my Simulcasts is simulcast the right eye, 3D side-by-side half for 3d TVs, and monochromized anaglyph red and cyan 3d versions of the master 2560x720x30f footage side by side proper ratio footage.

Do you need multiple Twitch IDs to do a simulcast? If so, how do I unite their chat rooms?

Is that currently possible on the Windows OBS, and once multicast are available on Mac OBS, can I do that there too?

BTW all 3 scenes are generated live and are derivatives of a 1280x720x30 separate left and right eye master footage. I'll be responsible for figuring out how to convert the 3 formats, which I have done successfully before. My computer is a Mac Mini M2 2023.
