HI all , I have some issues with obs
I'm running x264, veryfast 720p60 3500kbps
My cpu is an fx9590
When streaming, or recording, it runs horribly. The fps constantly drops to 30, but the stream is much worse than that
I thought it was my internet, but the recordings are just as choppy
Here's a log https://pastebin.com/JeF8FstY
You can ignore the first part of the log where I used the amd encoder, I wanted to see if it would make a difference but it didn't so that may shed light on what the problem is
I know it's slightly old but it's 8 cores at 4.7ghz so I really don't think it's a lack of power especially since I'm only streaming CS:GO
Another thing to note is it barely uses as much cpu as I think it could be using, the readout on obs hovers around 11-20% and I havent really noticed it go higher
Any help would be appreciated, I was looking forward to streaming when I got this pc, but I have been pulling my hair out for ages
Thanks
