Question / Help Running discord and spotify at 2 different volumes help!

So I am streaming to twitch and Im trying to figure out how to keep the same discord and spotify volume in my headset but set the 2 to different volumes in stream. So like example
Headset: Spotify 50% Discord 75%
Stream: Spotify 45% Discord 60%

Is this even a possibility?
