Question / Help RTSP stream does not start automatically

I have added 2 Media Sources: one is a local file, the other is an rtsp stream. When I start OBS Studio, the local file starts playing automatically, while the rtsp stream doesn't. It can only be started by opening its Properties view and press OK. Option "Restart playback when source become active" is already enabled.

My test stream is: rtsp://media.smart-streaming.com/mytest/mp4:sample.mp4

Is there any way to let the rtsp stream start by itself? Or is there another way to start it without going to its Properties?

Can you let us know which version of OBS studio you are using? I added this and it starts automatically when I transition into the scene and when I open OBS and the starting scene includes this media.

I am using O?BS Studio 0.13.4 (Windows), the latest version or?

Just discovered the following: When the RTSP is playing as it should, and then close and start OBS again, the RTSP stream does not play anymore. But when I close and start OBS once more, it starts to play. This is repeatedly: the first time it does not play after a restart, the second time it does. Strange...

Even more strange: I was in Studio Mode, and I switched it off. Now it all works as expected!. Even when I switched back to Studio Mode, the RTSP stream is playing now after every restart...

Very strange, glad it's working. Probably not much more we can do but if you get the problem again let me know and we can take another look
