Hallo, I'm trying to use OBS to re-stream an RTMP Stream to an RTSP Stream. For the moment I'm trying the setting with the Webcam and the OBS-RTSP Server, but I'm not able to reduce the latency between the input an the rtsp-output on vlc (Same PC) . I is more than 2 seconds. Is there a possibility to reduce this to less than a second? In output - streaming, I have already selected Latency very low and I tried to reduce the quality an the fps.

The Latency will always be at least theamount you set your Keyframe value to. The encoder has first to encode and then send the stream. so i think you can get the latency only down to somewhere around 1 second. I do not know and have not tried to set a lower keyframe value than 1.
