RTSP from ReoLink & Ubiquiti cameras fails after upgrade to 30.1

I have been using Reolink and Ubiquiti cameras for months. This morning I upgraded to 30.1 and the stream windows are now black.

Suggestions?

I had the same experience today. All working well then I upgraded to 30.1 and no rtsp input from a Reolink. I had to roll back to 30.2 to get it to work. Hopefully this bumps the discussion and we get an answer or at least a suggestion.
