RTSP falls behind

Awhile ago I setup an EZVIZ C3X camera for the purpose of YouTube streaming a building construction project. It worked mostly fine for several months with issues occasionally (but acceptable). About a month ago, I noticed the YouTube live stream was several hours behind. For instance, it would be noon and the live stream was displaying the middle of the night. When I looked at the OBS Studio preview, it would look just like the YouTube live stream. For comparison, I started running VLC connecting to the same RTSP stream from the camera. The next few times when I noticed the live stream was not correct, I compared the OBS Studio Preview to VLC and found the VLC was correct and the OBS Studio was wrong. The only way I can correct this is to stop OBS Studio and restart it. It does not take long for the problem to arise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever find a solution for this ? I have the same problem with my Ezviz cameas too. I originally had a wifi network issue that I thought was the problem. I solved that but still the same thing. I fall behind about 10 mins per hour.
