Question / Help RTMP stream crashing fiber modem

I recently setup an RTMP stream to YouTube live and it worked fairly well on my old cable ISP service but hogged all my upload bandwidth. After switching to AT&T’s 1000 Mbps fiber service I can no longer keep the stream running. It works fine for about 3 or 4 minutes and then the modem drops offline.

I’ve got plenty of bandwidth available. Around 400 Mbps. Stream is set for h264 main CBR 30 FPS 60 hz and I’ve tried various bitrates from 1000 Kbps to 2000. Always the same result. Could really use some help resolving this.
