Question / Help RTMP Question (Resolution)

Hello,

I'd like to ask if i use my own rtmp server, is it able to stream as example to Hitbox with High Quality and to Twitch with lower quality? So is rtmp able to change the quality for each streaming service?

Also if i can set different Bitrates to each Streamingservice.
