Question / Help Roxio + papalook need help

Ok so I have been messing around for awhile now Took me awhile to get my roxio hd pro to work but its working just fine now. I got a paplook full hd webcam today hooked it all up installed drivers and everything OBS Studio seems to pick the webcam up i can add it sources but it doesn't show anything in preview or settings just blank and there is nothing just my roxio on the preview. Am i doing something wrong? or is not compatible? I am going crazy here.

So i downloaded OBS classic and it picks up and displays my webcam just fine but it doesn't pick up my roxio at all I am losing all my hair over this one version picks up webcam but not the roxio while the other picks up the roxio but not the webcam
