Question / Help Routing mic audio through OBS filters to another program

Okay so, lets say I wanted to talk on Discord/Skype, right? The problem is, my mic has TERRIBLE feedback and I already have filters in place on OBS that make my mic not sound like I spent $8 on it. What I want to know is if I can somehow route my mic audio through my OBS filters and to the "mic intput" of another program. Would this be done with a virtual audio cable? Or maybe a plugin? Perhaps a way to utilize the "Enhancements" tab in "Microphone Properties" on Windows?
Thank you guys in advance! Also, if any of you happen to know another forum/subreddit/whatever that be able to assist me as well, I'd be much obliged if you'd mention that down below. Thanks again!

System info:
Acer Aspire E15 (E5-574G-52QU)
Up-to-date OBS Studio
Windows 10

Yes, I would try some type of virtual audio cable... but you won't get fine control. You can only send the mic to the monitor output (which can be a virtual cable) and route it from there

As to OBS trying to become a Windows driver-level component (which is what most of your images address) I seriously doubt it.

That said, why not use a Virtual Cable to capture the audio, and run it through filters there, and then port that back into OBS? There are programs out there that allow you to route a source through a VST stack (which every plugin you're using is, except for the noise reduction plugin, and there are free versions of that available in VST form as well) and back out which you could then use in OBS.
