Question / Help Routing Console Audio seperate From Stream PC to Mixer

Is there any way to do this? Been trying to find a way to separate my game consoles audio so that I can adjust the levels separately from my stream PCs Alerts, Music etc. Is this easily done through OBS and Im just not realizing it or would have to purchase something else to make this work like that? I used to use Avermedias cards since they have a 3.5mm jack in and out to do this which made things super easy, but now I've upgraded to the 4k Card for 1440p144hz passthrough and it unfortunately doesn't have that anymore. I can run the cable straight to the Nintendo Switch's audio port to achieve this but it is WAY too noisy so its not a usable option.

https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/index.htm personally i use potato, but its the most complex version, make sure you install the virtual cable, this will allow you to separate the audio sources

I feel dumb for not thinking of using that. I've used that in the past. :^) Thanks a bunch.
