Question / Help routing audio from OBS to Zoom

I just got the virtual cam for Mac, so I have video, which is awesome!!! My problem is I have audio routed to OBS from my DAW (Ableton) but I cannot figure out how to route that audio into Zoom. Do I essentially have to bypass audio into OBS and go directly to Zoom? Any ideas??

Try changing your Monitoring device under Audio - Advanced in OBS...

I'll try it. I did before but I did get anything. I am using I show u audio capture to send from Ableton to Zoom and to OBS (for when I do streams directly from OBS to FB Live or Twitch)...I'll try that again, maybe it was because I was muted? Using a multi output device I was able to monitor with my interface. It's just insane to me that, to do stuff with OBS in Zoom you have to jump through so many hoops.
