Hello
I'm facing an issue with my Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer. I'm unable to get audio from my iPhone to appear in OBS, despite my setup seeming correct. Here's my current setup:
- I'm using my iPhone to play music.
- I'm connecting the iPhone via a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, and then using a 3.5mm to XLR adapter to plug it into Mic 1 on the mixer.
- When I monitor the sound through the Phones output on the Roland, I can hear the music from my iPhone clearly, along with the microphone plugged into Mic 2 that I use for speaking.
- The issue is that in OBS, only the audio from Mic 2 (the speaking microphone) is being detected. The music from the iPhone (Mic 1) isn't showing up.
- I've tried swapping the inputs between Mic 1 and Mic 2, but the result is the same—OBS only captures the audio from the speaking microphone.
- I’ve made sure that all tracks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are checked in OBS, but I still can't get the iPhone audio through.
Can anyone explain what might be going wrong and how I can fix this?
