Question / Help ROLAND 707M NOT WORKING

Hi guys:

Im usin osb studio mac version to stream my dj sets but my roland dj707m controller is not working

OSB STUDIO recognize it, i can select it ftom the list on capture audio but it just doesn work

same config whit my pioneer DDJ RS works fine .

is there a compaibility problem? is there a list of compatible devices??

permision and drivers are up to date.

please let me know if someone can help me
