I'm running a 2013 Macbook Air, a Rodecaster pro mixer, 3 Shure SM7Bs that are plugged directly into the Rode mixer XLR, and 2 Logitech C922 webcams. I want to sync the audio and video together in OBS.....Is there a way to use my Rodecaster Pro audio so it syncs with my video that i am record without any lag? All suggestions are welcomed.....

You can adjust the timing of the audio by changing the sync offset value in Edit > Advanced Audio properties.

This will only work if the delay between them is consistent.

I have a C920 (almost the same camera) and the Rodecaster Pro. I use 300ms as an offset in the advance audio properties and a/v synch is perfect.

250ms offset for me, which is up from 170ms when I was running a Behringer mixer. And that's using the analog (monitor) output of the RCP into the line in of the iMac, because I have to use the RCP's USB channel as the Skype input (and mix-minus out) to another Mac.
