Rocket League Not Full Screen

When I use obs to record rocket league, obs doesn’t record it in full screen. When I look at obs during the video it shows it is capturing full screen, but when I watch the video back it is shrunk into the top left corner. I am running obs as admin and use display capture to record, not game capture. Tell me if I’m doing anything wrong.

Last time I tried game capture it didn’t work it just was a black screen but I will try running it as admin because I didn’t try that
