Question / Help Robotic Recordings

When I record in OBS my audio sounds great. Once I put it into Final Cut Pro it sounds robotic, why?

Check that OBS, your audio devices in Audio MIDI Setup, and your FCP project are all set to the same sample rate (either 44.1 or 48khz). You'll get pitch shifting and other artifacts if there is a mismatch somewhere.
