Running an AMD 7950X3D, and a 3070ti, with 64GBs of DDR5 Ram running at 6000.
I've been having this issue recently with browser sources where if OBS itself is not the program in focus they push the GPU usage in task manager to crazy high levels (Not thermal or power throttled from what i can tell). I've hit 80% GPU utilization while streaming, and for simpler games or console games through my capture card it doesn't effect much, but if i want to stream a more intensive game like COD or something modern they will drop below 10fps i have to constantly alt tab out to click on OBS for a second where it drops to 20% utilization then the game will run fine for a few minutes, from 5 to 10 minutes, before it gets unbearable again. Log attached for my most recent stream where this was happening.
