I have the Ripsaw installed in OBS as a Video card but will not show up in obs. Help Please.

That PC is very old and not even close to powerful enough to run OBS.

Does it even have USB 3.0 for the Ripsaw?

As far as I can tell there is not a single AM2 motherboard on the market that supports USB 3.0.

An add-in card might not work for you since your CPU is /very/ old.

Seriously don't even attempt to do anything close to real time encoding with that machine. It will melt.
