RIPPED AUDIO

Hello,
I have a problem.
Whenever I start OBS, the audio I hear from any source within OBS Studio croaks, rips and distorts everything.
To work around this and make sure the audio is "clean", I have to close OBS and restart it, hoping it will work on restart (it never happens). Unfortunately, I have to close and reopen it several times before the audio in OBS can be heard.
I have made all possible updates and I am at vers.27.1.3.
Anyone have any suggestions or info to fix this problem?

Please post a logfile from a streaming session at least 30 seconds in length where the issue occurred, and we can take a look.
