I always fail to record at 720p 60 fps. I don't know the right settings to it, i followed tons of video instructions, and I always get a black border on either 2 of the sides and when I finished recording, the result is always low quality. (200-340p)

Please help me find the right resolution! And I'm using a MacBook Pro 13-inch with 16 gig of RAM OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5

What is your monitor size?If you want to record at 720p60fps this might help:

Base Resolution:Your monitor size(or for minimal lag:1280x720)

Downscale resolution:1280x720

Common FPS values:60

Also put bitrate at 2500-3000(Recommended)
