Question / Help Rezolution only 360 on Youtube

Hi.
I try to record games with obs.
When i uploded to Youtube some times he give's me to play with 760 and with ather games only 360.
And one more thing.I have 2 monitors : 1)one 144hz for gaming 2)one 75hz to see chat , obs and temp °C .
When i record a game (fortnite) andi have 60fps on the game, everything is ok. when i record the same game and i put 80 - 120 - 144 - 180 - 200 - unlimited the fps, the obs in the 75hz monitor sticks and crawls.
Why he did that??

Since OBS needs resources of your GPU to operate, it is normal to have to cap a game's framerate in order to preserve GPU resources.

YouTube will transcode files you upload into alternate sizes. Sometimes during this process not all versions are available immediately, so you may see lower resolution versions first and higher definition versions later.
