Reverse Delay for Virtual Cam

I know it will be somewhat interesting! I want to set any media stream first in virtual camera and then in obs main window so I want to set a time in between. The virtual cam naturally shows simultaneous streaming with the mainframe. I have used the delay plugin but the virtual camera is the same as it is in sync with the mainframe. Is there a way for you to do this? I want to control the flow on the virtual cam before the image can be projected on the main frame
