Hello was hoping someone could help with an issue i am having.
I am trying to get in OBS my game capture to work but i am have an issue with the capture itself. In OBS and in stream the video is doing a Screen Scrolling and i am unsure what to change to make this not an issue.
my set up is this:
Gamecube > AV to HDMI Upscaler > Avermedia LPG > Computer
I am not sure if it is the Capture card settings or OBS.
Any suggestions or anyone else have this issue?
