Bug Report Retro deinterlacing not working properly?

I was streaming tonight using OBS Studio for the first time, and I had an issue with the Retro deinterlace, top field first setting. It was very jittery, which doesn't happen with the original OBS which I had been using to stream until now. I've attached the log file, and the link to my stream VOD tonight where you should see the problem happening consistently throughout the video.

I couldn't watch your video, not sure why I can't load the page.

I can probably guess based on the log file though, the FPS seems off. I noticed that your FPS on the device was changed to 30, is that correct? First: change your FPS on the device to whatever the console is running at, for example 29.97. Second, change OBS' FPS to 59.94. I would also recommend turning "buffering" on in the properties of the source to ensure the best frame timing possible. Then turn on retro. It should eliminate any unusual jitter when you do all those things.
