Question / Help Restream Issues, won't stream/record

So I've been streaming and recording at the same time, often to Twitch or YouTube. Thought I'd try using Restream to do both at the same time, but that's when something weird happens. It doesn't want to connect right to Restream to stream, but also won't let me record if Restream is set as my streaming service. Gives me this error:

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

This error does NOT happen when I'm connected to Twitch as I can stream and record at the same time, no problem. This problem also does NOT happen when I'm connected to YouTube as I can stream and record at the same time, no problem there either. But for some reason, setting the stream to Restream, it won't even let me record to my own hard drive without giving me this error.

I've messaged customer support for Restream, and they tell me that it doesn't even ping the server on their end like it's not even trying to connect, but the fact that it won't record either is really weird considering it shouldn't even be trying to connect for that.

Again, I have no problem when the only setting that is different is when it is set to stream on Twitch or YouTube individually and have no problem recording otherwise.

What am I missing?
