I know a very small fraction of what skills are required to use OBS Studio. I've got 2 machines running Studio on Windows 11.., the user interface is intuitive and works just great. My Vista machine seems to be missing some "runtime components" that Studio is looking for. I installed vcredist_x86. I installed IE9, Windirect X 11, and Microsoft Silverlight. The machine is just an "old hobby". I'd like to use OBS Studio, but I have no idea what runtime components are missing. I could use a little help here. (P.S. I'm elderly, so please cut me some slack. I'm manually doing all the Windows Updates. All the drivers are current.)
