Restore Home Page

I moved my Scenes and Sources accidentally and now I can't restore their position.
How do I reset the default Home Page positions?

Scenes / Sources / Aud Mixer / Scene / Controls ?
 
According to a video I just watched Docks/Reset Docks is supposed to work.
But it doesn't. I tried it right at the beginning.
Then I wasted an hour listening to an AI guessing at what I should try. :(

When I choose Docks/Reset Docks it results in Scenes sitting ON TOP of Sources.
Scenes is supposed to be to the left of Sources.

The "tabbed" dock can be moved out of the current pane (to standalone pane). Just try enough to drag it out. Grab the tab "header/name".

Edit: or maybe I get it wrong, and this is normal behavior of the Reset Docks option.

I've tried many things so far.

I think it all started when I clicked on the top right of where it says 'Scenes'.
There are what look like two 'rectangles' one on top of the other.
I don't know what that is supposed to signify?

Those two 'rectangles' are also on the top right of Sources, Mixer etc.

That screwed up everything and it's been downhill ever since.

Surely there must be a quick and easy way to reset these docks to their default position?
I recall having this problem before.

This is icon (actually button) to make the docked pane float. The double click on the header of the floating pane should dock it again (to the place from where it was "un-docked").

Side notes.
This sign (two overlapping rectangles) is similar to Restore/Maximize window icon of any windowed application for Windows OS. The "X" sign to close the docked/floating pane was removed from the docked panes long time ago on purpose (yeah, it was there, next to the "floating/un-docked" icon, like for any usual window). Edit: to enable (make it visible) this "floating/un-docked" button/icon you need to make the main menu Docks > Lock Docks option unchecked.

Thanks Suslik that was helpful.

Using your information I was able to solve my problem!
I clicked on the double rectangles and was able to massage them slowly back into their correct positions in combination
with re-sizing them by dragging the left side of the dock.

Now that it looks OK again I will use the Lock Docks feature to make sure I don't fall into this trap again.
