Question / Help Restarted PC and all scenes from one collection are now blank

Like the title says, I restarted my PC and now all of the scenes from one of my collections are now gone. I made a backup of this collection last week, I tried to restore it... and it is also blank, along with three other backups that I've made over the past two months.

Is there something that I need to do to restore these?

Edit: And yes, I tried a a clean reinstall and tried to restore my backups that way, but alas, all gone.
