Question / Help Restarted my PC without stopping the recording?

Was recording and didn't think to stop my recording before i restarted my PC, now the recording cannot be opened, is there any way it can be recovered :(
 
Probably not, but maybe you can Google something up. Record to FLV or MKV instead of MP4 so you don't lose the file when recording is interrupted.
