Restartable Stopwatch

Hi all,

I am looking for a tool / PlugIn / etc. which allows me to display a stopwatch which can be started / stopped / reset using keyboard shortcuts.
The reason is that I want to record the usage of a web application and I want to visualize the loading times of that application.
  • Pressing function A - Starting Stopwatch by pressing a key - Request ends after 20 seconds - Stopping the stopwatch by pressing a key - the runtime is visible.
  • Pressing the "reset" key - starting from the beginning with the next click
I have not found anything in the forum - do you know such a tool?
Might be an external tool and there is no need to be integrated in OBS
