it will post, the mods are all volunteers and do this in their spare time. that said, i understand the frustration. i waited to have mine approved, then a few days later edited the post to reflect an update, my resource went back to a pending approval status and has been that way for 10 days now.
Just adding some confirmation that it takes some time indeed. If you post a new resource or "edit resource" then save it, it will send it to the "Pending approval" and will look like it got deleted or is under review. Nobody else will be able to view your resource page during this time.
Since January 2022, I think I've sent mine to the "pending approval" status 3 to 4 times because I keep on needing to edit the main description. And for my script, it took somewhere around 2-4 weeks to get approved each time.
This has made me feel a bit better. I thought I had done something wrong when making an edit to my resource page and having to wait for a couple of weeks so far.
I think going forward it might be better to link to the GitHub wiki page for the resource and update things there, if every time you update the page it goes through the approval process sdI don't think you need approval when you post a version update.
